This intensive isn’t suited to beginners or those who are simply curious about acting. It’s designed for actors who are already in training and are actively engaged in developing their craft over time. 17+ For those already training, this offers another layer to your work—building on what you’re learning in class while giving you the space to go further with it. The work we’ll be doing assumes a level of experience and a willingness to step beyond familiar territory. It asks for openness, focus, and the ability to respond in the moment without relying on habits that may feel comfortable but limit growth. Because of this, the room is built around actors who are ready to be challenged—those who are interested in pushing their work further, questioning their instincts, and exploring new approaches rather than reinforcing what they already know. This isn’t an introduction to acting, and it’s not about ease or reassurance. It’s a space for actors who are committed to the process, prepared to take risks, and willing to engage fully in a more demanding, collaborative environment. The aim is to create a focused group of actors working at a similar level of intent, where the standard of work—and the willingness to stretch—supports a deeper, more rigorous experience for everyone in the room.
