BOP Actors Studio term classes will be on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday for our 9-12yr olds. They will have a strong focus on improvisation, a wonderful and necessary tool for all actors in Theatre and Film and during these classes we focus on the skills required to help our young actors work confidentially in the field of screen acting, this also will encourage a better understanding of themselves and their choices that they make for characters. At BOPAS our goal and aim is to teach our actors to a high professional industry standard, giving them the necessary tools so they can build confidence, understand their strength, and help them build up those areas where they are still learning. We teach this through a variety of ways; acting techniques, movement, working to camera, understanding combat acting, improvisation, script writing, character development and film making. A lot of the work is done to the camera and this allows our actors to view their work as they go. TERM DATES 2025: Term 1: 12 February to 8th April
