BOP Actors Studio

Rotorua 9YRS – 13YRS

276th Aug 2021BOP Actors Studio term classes will be on a  MONDAY  for our 9-13yr olds, for 9 weeks.

They will have a strong focus on improvisation, a wonderful and necessary tool for all actors in Theatre and Film and TV.

A lot of auditions that this age group will attend are focused strongly on improvisation, it’s about understanding the space around you, using your wonderful imagination and being able to create a ‘real’ scenario around you.

We cover character development, how to help our actors make interesting choices in regards to characters.

These classes will give our younger actors the opportunity to build confidence, create characters and scenarios to play out in front of others and find acting techniques to encourage and create very strong, and confident young actors.

A lot of the work is done to the camera and this allows our actors to view their work as they go, we also do our best to upload these classes online after each session so you as a parent are able to view what your child did in the class.
